About this design

Remember a much-loved companion with a personalized pet memorial sweatshirt. One favorite photo sits inside a delicate botanical oval, with your pet's name above, memorial years below and the caption FOREVER LOVED.

YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS • Upload ONE clear photo of your dog or cat that you own or have permission to reproduce. • Choose a photo with the whole head and ears visible, with space around the pet for the oval crop. • Enter your pet's name exactly as it should print, up to 20 characters. • Enter the years or dates exactly as you want them shown, up to 25 characters. All pets and wording in the mockups are examples. Your design uses the photo, name and dates you submit. The small FOREVER LOVED caption is part of this design.

DESIGN & PRINT One centered front DTF print with an oval photo approximately 7 inches wide, fine botanical details, name and dates. Your photograph is cropped to the oval; frame and lettering are coordinated for readable contrast on your selected sweatshirt. The finished design is a flat photo print, not embroidery. No back or sleeve print is included.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE ONE adult unisex Comfort Colors 1566 garment-dyed crewneck per purchase. The full-length sweatshirt has set-in sleeves and ribbed collar, cuffs and hem. Its 9.5 oz fabric is 80% ring-spun cotton / 20% polyester with a 100% cotton face.

SIZING & COLORS Choose adult S–3XL and a garment color from the chart. Compare the flat measurements with a sweatshirt you own for your preferred fit. A larger size adds width and length. Garment dye and screen settings may affect shade appearance.

A personal remembrance for yourself or a thoughtful sympathy gift for someone missing their companion. Please check the uploaded photo, name and dates before ordering.
