Made to order
Every item is made after you order it. We print each design with DTF transfers and heat-press it onto your garment, so processing takes 1–2 business days before your order ships. Processing is the time we need to make your order. It does not include the time the carrier needs to deliver it.
Where we ship
Right now, orders placed on this website ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
- T-shirts, tank tops and long sleeves: $4.99
- Sweatshirts, hoodies and fleece: $5.98
- Additional items ship free. Only one shipping charge applies to an order: the highest single rate among the items in it. If you mix a T-shirt and a hoodie, you pay the hoodie rate once.
- Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more, after discounts.
You see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, how long it takes to arrive depends on the carrier and where you live. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, the weather or other events outside our control.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we email you the carrier and a tracking number. You can also follow your order any time from the link in your order confirmation email, or by signing in to your account.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax on Illinois orders where required. If tax applies to your order, it is calculated at checkout.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake right after ordering, email support@vivdrop.com with your order number and we will try to fix it before your order ships. We cannot remake or refund an order that was delivered to an address entered incorrectly.
