There are two steps. First we make your order, which takes 1–4 business days before it ships. Then the carrier delivers it, and how long that takes depends on the carrier and where you live.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date. You will get an email with tracking when your order ships. More in Shipping & delivery.

Message us or email support@thepandahug.com right away with your order number and the correction. If we have not started your order, we will do our best to fix it.

We use what you enter as written, so we cannot remake or refund an item because of a typo or a wrong detail in what you entered. Please double-check your personalization before you pay.

Each product page lists its sizes and colors. Open the size guide beside the size choices to check that garment's measurements before ordering. Comfort Colors garments are a relaxed fit.

Every item is made to order and most are personalized for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or a wrong size ordered.

If your order arrives with a misprint, a defect or damage, or we made a mistake, we will remake it or refund you. See Returns & exchanges.

Everything is made to order by our family, in our studio in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. We design each print, our print partner prints it as a DTF transfer, and we heat-press that transfer onto your garment by hand, after you order.

Our garments include Comfort Colors tees, crewneck sweatshirts and long sleeves, and Gildan hoodies, among others. Colors on your screen can look slightly different from the finished item, and garment-dyed fabric varies naturally from piece to piece.
