Use even lighting, include the entire page and avoid shadows or folded corners. • Add an optional heading, up to 30 characters, or leave blank for the recipe only. • Use a short recipe that will remain readable within an approximately 8 × 10 inch print area. Dense or very faint handwriting may lose small details at this size. • Send a recipe you own or have permission to reproduce. Every recipe and heading shown in these photos is an example; your sweatshirt uses your submitted page.

PRINT DETAILS One centered front DTF design with the handwritten recipe arranged inside a simple thin rectangular border and a small spoon detail. Paper background is cleaned away where practical while preserving the character of the writing. Ink is coordinated for clear contrast on the chosen garment. This is a flat print, not embroidery. No back or sleeve print is included.

SIZING & COLORS Choose adult S–3XL and a color from the chart. Compare flat measurements with a sweatshirt you own. Larger sizes add both width and length; choose your preferred fit. Garment dye and screen settings may affect shade appearance.
