Put your favorite people in a little Halloween pumpkin patch. This personalized Comfort Colors 1566 sweatshirt features an original family of friendly jack-o-lanterns, your surname, and two to six individual names, finished with leafy vines, little bats, and the words PUMPKIN PATCH.

Choose your adult unisex size and sweatshirt color, then enter your surname and two to six names in the order you would like them shown from left to right. We add one pumpkin for each name.
