Request a copy or deletion
Email support@vivdrop.com from the email address you used for your order, account or conversation. Include your name and tell us which information you would like a copy of or want deleted. We verify that the request is yours before sharing or removing private information. We will respond within 30 days.
What your request can include
- Your account information.
- Customer-service conversations, email replies, attached photos and associated access links and notification records.
- Photos uploaded for personalization and other personal details you gave us.
Records we need to keep
Deletion is subject to the retention requirements described in our Privacy policy. Order records are kept for seven years for tax and accounting. We may need to keep information required to handle an active order, a support request or a legal obligation. We will explain any information that cannot yet be removed.
Turn off conversation emails
You can turn off email notifications in your conversation or use the link at the bottom of a conversation email. Your messages remain available in the store, and order emails stay on.
