YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS • Enter your short heading, up to 25 characters, such as OUR FAMILY or NANA'S GARDEN. • List ONE to SIX first names and their birth months, one person per line. Use up to 15 characters per name and spell out each month. • Keep the list in the order you want the names printed. The bouquets, names and headings pictured are examples. Your print uses your submitted names and birth months. The artwork is arranged to suit your number of flowers.

Birth months guide the flower selection and are not printed as labels. Lettering is coordinated for readable contrast on your chosen garment. This is a flat printed illustration, not embroidery. No back or sleeve print is included.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE ONE adult unisex Comfort Colors 1566 garment-dyed crewneck per purchase. The full-length sweatshirt has set-in sleeves and ribbed collar, cuffs and hem. Its 9.5 oz fabric is 80% ring-spun cotton / 20% polyester with a 100% cotton face.

SIZING & COLORS Choose adult S–3XL and a garment color from the chart. Compare the flat measurements with a sweatshirt you own for your preferred fit. A larger size adds width and length. Garment dye and screen settings may affect shade appearance.
